Collaborative Healing can support you on your therapeutic and healing journey. After determining the best clinician to fit your needs, you can schedule an appointment for a clinical assessment. After gathering some initial information, a benefits check will be done to determine eligibility through your insurance, if you choose to use your benefits. Initial paperwork will be sent to you, and you'll be asked to complete this prior to your first appointment. Your clinician will guide you through the process of scheduling future appointments, and discuss clinical recommendations for frequency and modalities of treatment
Collaborative Healing offers a variety of counseling services including clinical assessment, individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and clinical supervision
During your first session with Collaborative Healing , your therapist will ask you questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counseling. Together with your therapist, you will determine goals for your healing journey. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counseling process.
A counseling session with Collaborative Healing typically lasts for 60 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
